Open the box, take the headset out of its protective carry pouch, insert the miniscule pre-paired USB-C dongle and away you go.
The setup can be as simple as that but if you prefer you can also install the accompanying software to further tweak the sound profiles.
I wear the headset for over half my working day and my ears aren't sore afterwards like they were with my previous one. Being able to pair with more than one device at a time is fantastic too as I often have to switch calls across two different laptops.
The controls are intuitive although the volume controls could be moved as they're a little blocked by the mic boom when it's in the mute position.
There was a small issue of the headset not un-muting after being muted but this was resolved after using the dongle instead of my laptop's built-in bluetooth so I'm putting that down to a software glitch and not an issue with the headset itself.
I love the small noise that reminds you that you're muted and the ability to answer/end calls via a button when you're wandering around the house or office between meetings. The 4 earpiece mounted LEDs remind others not to disturb you when you're in a call, however my wife's on special instructions to ignore the lights if she's making a cuppa!
Charging is easy via any USB-C charger and the headset alerts you to the battery level when switched on with additional alerts when the battery is low.
Overall it's an excellent headset and the only negative is that I didn't buy it sooner!
